The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office has obtained two narcotic K-9 from Jason Coutts and Jaymar Kennel. Jason provided an extensive two week training and national certification course with the handlers before the handlers and K-9 left to return work. Jason’s ability as a trainer is unsurpassed. Jason has continually helped the handlers with any questions or problems that have come up. Jason continually keeps the handlers informed of updated K-9 law and upcoming events and training. Jason is very knowledgeable in the deployment and use of K-9 in every situation. The two K-9 provided to our office by Jason Coutts have paid for themselves, but have been a very valuable asset to our county.
